These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the zz7 platform. By registering an account or using any part of the zz7 website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please review them carefully before proceeding.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the zz7 website at zz7.im (referred to throughout these Terms as "the Platform", "the Site", or "zz7"), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and zz7.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not attempt to register an account. Accessing any part of the Site following the effective date of these Terms shall be deemed unambiguous acceptance.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form an integral part of your overall agreement with zz7. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game, promotion, or bonus terms, the specific terms applicable to that game or promotion shall take precedence to the extent of the inconsistency.
zz7 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
The zz7 platform is strictly intended for adult players. To register an account and use any part of the Site — including browsing games, placing bets, making deposits, or claiming bonuses — you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using this platform in any capacity.

3 Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of services available on zz7 — including placing bets, depositing funds, participating in promotions, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid phone number.
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one active account on zz7 at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are discovered, zz7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately and void any pending or historical bonuses linked to those accounts. Any genuine winnings generated on a duplicate account may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, current, and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. zz7 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in account settings. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you notify zz7 of a security breach via [email protected].
3.4 KYC Documentation
zz7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the Platform, not solely at the point of withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Additional documents such as a utility bill or bank statement may be requested to verify residential address. zz7 will handle all submitted documentation in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
zz7 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for compatibility with the Bangladesh market. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits outlined below.
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount via bKash or Nagad is ৳200. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard are subject to a minimum of ৳500. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for regular accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply to deposits above certain thresholds in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits are credited to your zz7 account within 60 seconds for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your issuing bank.
zz7 does not charge any fees for deposits made via local payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside zz7's control. You are responsible for checking the fee structure of your chosen payment method before initiating a transaction.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within a target timeframe of 1 to 6 hours for verified accounts. Withdrawals are issued exclusively to payment methods registered in the player's verified name — no third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and compliance checks.
zz7 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly where the request amount is significantly higher than the player's historical activity. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on the player's standing with the Platform.
4.3 Responsible Use of Funds
Player funds deposited into a zz7 account are held separately from zz7's operational funds. zz7 does not use player funds for any purpose other than facilitating the player's gaming activity. 5 Bonuses & Promotions
zz7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet promotions, and seasonal event promotions tied to the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural calendar — including BPL season specials, Eid promotions, and Pohela Boishakh offers.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by zz7 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions are published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility
Players are eligible for a welcome bonus only once per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure. Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
zz7 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close the accounts of players who are found to be engaging in bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, coordinating with other players to exploit promotion mechanics, and exploiting technical errors or glitches in promotional systems.
6 Prohibited Conduct
By using the zz7 Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments; providing false identity information; impersonating another person or entity.
- Cheating or collusion: Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage; colluding with other players in live poker, table games, or any other format.
- Match fixing or arbitrage: Placing bets in a manner designed to exploit pricing errors, exploit system latencies, or manipulate match outcomes in sports betting markets.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform as a mechanism to transfer, obscure, or launder funds derived from illegal activities.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for any deposit made to zz7 without first raising the matter with zz7 support and allowing a reasonable time for investigation.
- Underage access: Accessing the Platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access by a minor.
- System exploitation: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or damage the Platform's technical infrastructure, game logic, or security systems.
- Harassment: Using live chat or any communication channel on the Platform to harass, threaten, or abuse zz7 staff or other players.
zz7 monitors account activity continuously using automated and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is detected, action may be taken without prior notice. Players who believe a decision has been made in error may contact [email protected] to initiate a formal review.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
zz7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable period.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's bank or payment provider.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account compromise.
- Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
- A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
7.1 Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. zz7 will notify the account holder by email prior to applying dormancy status. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the remaining account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required verification steps.
7.2 Voluntary Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Active bonuses and any bonus-related winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zz7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or service interruptions beyond zz7's reasonable control.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
- Errors in game results caused by software faults at the provider level, where such faults are outside zz7's operational control.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
- Any indirect financial loss, reputational harm, or consequential damage of any nature.
8.1 Service Availability
zz7 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our control including internet infrastructure issues, natural disasters, or regulatory requirements. zz7 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.
8.2 Game Malfunction Policy
In the event of a game malfunction — including technical errors that cause a game to display incorrect results, pay out at an incorrect rate, or fail to complete a round — zz7 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and return the corresponding stake amounts to the affected players. No additional compensation will be offered in connection with a game malfunction. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all games on the zz7 Platform.
8.3 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which zz7 operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be directed to zz7's support team for informal resolution. zz7 is committed to resolving player disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.
Nothing in this limitation of liability section shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
